Blocking cards and chargebacks

If you have lost your card, you must block the card immediately. If there have been registered unauthorized purchases and withdrawals, you also should make a card complaint. Remember to attach a copy of your police report to the complaint.

You can block your card around the clock.

You also need to block the card if it can be suspected that someone unauthorized has become aware of your personal code, or that the card/card number is being used unauthorisedly. If the card is stored on a mobile device and the device is lost, or if it can be suspected that someone unauthorized has gained access to it, the card must also be blocked.
